This online shop is only for orders within South Africa, not for export.

Damaged Plants: If plants arrive damaged due to freezing, overheating or poor packing, please notify us immediately by phone or email. Please do not refuse or return any shipment without notifying us first. There are no refunds on plants as they are perishable items, but we will gladly replace your plants. Please return damaged plants to us for verification, using as much of the original packing materials as possible. Once we receive your plants, we will ship replacements or process a refund. Return shipping is at your expense; we pay shipping on the replacement plant(s), if available.

In the case of dead plants, please send us a photo or photos, as we may need these as proof when filing claims with the carrier.

Cancellation of order: Should you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please send an e-mail to info@plantae.co.za with your request. Please note we will not be able to cancel an order it has already been dispatched. All cancellations will be refunded less 5% to cover administration costs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the plants you received, you may return these for a full refund (value of the products less 5% to cover administration costs). We need to be notified within 7 days and plants must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order in an undamaged condition. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at your expense.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions: All product and shipping prices are subject to change without prior notification. While we do our best to provide correct info, this website may contain errors in pricing, availability, description and photographs. PLAN TAE (PTY) LTD has the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders containing such errors. We will do our best to catch errors prior to charging a credit card, but if the card has been charged, we will promptly void the charge or issue the credit to your card. A transaction is only binding once PLAN TAE (PTY) LTD accepts the offer of the consumer/buyer, even when payment has already been made. The order confirmation is an automated response and does not constitute acceptance of the offer made by the consumer/buyer.

PLAN TAE (PTY) LTD cannot guarantee the productivity of any plant. All plants are inspected for any signs of disease or virus. To the best of our knowledge, our plants leave free of pests or diseases. Plants are, however, living things and they can at any time develop disease, virus, or insect pests. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt. We will offer cultural advice or replace the plant(s) or process a refund. After 14 days, we cannot be held responsible for the health of the plants as they are no longer in our care.

Tracking details of your order, will be sent via e-mail, once the order has been dispatched. The responsibility lies with the buyer to follow up on the delivery with the courier or Postnet and notify PLAN TAE (PTY) LTD if there is a delay in delivery.

We will not be liable if plants are not collected promptly or if correct delivery information is not supplied by the buyer. Plants will be packed with care and to the best of our ability. PLAN TAE (PTY) LTD have no control over the handling of the package by the courier or the delivery.
